WHERE WILL WINTER CAMP BE HELD THIS YEAR?
Winter Camp will be held again at Washington Family Ranch in Antelope, OR.
Address: 1 Muddy Road, Antelope, OR 97001
Phone #: 541-489-3100
WHO IS WINTER CAMP FOR? WHY SHOULD I COME?
Winter Camp is for middle and high school students currently in 6th – 12th grade. Camp is a fun, community forming and powerful event. Whether a student has never been to camp, or is a dedicated follower of Christ, camp is for any and all students. We place a huge emphasis on what students will do after camp and how they get involved with their local church.
WHEN IS WINTER CAMP?
WINTER CAMP is over MLK Jr weekend – Saturday January 19, through Monday, January 21, 2019. Students have that Monday off from school, so no worries about them missing it!
WHAT DOES WINTER CAMP COST? WHAT DOES THIS INCLUDE?
$175 for Early Bird Student Rate and $195 for Early Bird rate. Registration costs include the camp, transportation, accommodations, activities and meals for three days and two nights. Students/leaders may want to bring their own spending money for the coffee house at the Ranch!
HOW DO WE REGISTER?
Registration is entirely online at wintercamp.co. The process is super simple, and payments are made with a debit or credit card.
Once you’ve finished and submitted each registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us that gives you all the information you need to get ready for camp.
Registration closes on January 11, 2019, at 5pm.
HOW WILL STUDENTS GET TO WINTER CAMP?
Westside is responsible for all transportation to and from the camp. We charter several buses from a company that are equipped to handle all types of weather with professional drivers. We do not allow students to drive up on their own, under any circumstances.
CAN MY STUDENT PICK WHO THEY CABIN WITH?
Yes! On your registration there is a spot to fill that out. We will do our best to accommodate that request. We will assign your students to rooms, and you will be given your room assignments upon arrival at registration. Girls and guys will be in separate housing areas.
HOW DO WE SIGN IN ONCE WE ARRIVE AT REGISTRATION?
When you pull into the Westside campus you will follow signs to the registration, and then you will see volunteers directing you to a lobby where we will register students. We strongly encourage parents to be present when students are checked in at registration in case we need further information or are missing documents. Students will register, then check their bags and after a quick orientation will jump on the buses and head out for camp.
WHO WILL BE SPEAKING?
We will be welcoming Daniel Fernandez from Las Vegas, NV! We will also have local pastors hosting 4 different breakout sessions for our students.
WHAT WILL MEALS BE LIKE? WHAT IF MY STUDENT HAS DIET RESTRICTIONS?
We will be eating all meals together in the Dining Hall at the Ranch! Your meals are included in your base price. The ranch does a great job helping students with dietary restrictions – just fill out the link in the registration to get them that information
WHAT SHOULD EACH STUDENT BRING?
We will furnish a packing list with every registration. It is optional to bring spending money for the coffee shop. There is a skate park in the gym, so if your students would like to do this they need to bring their own boards and gear.
WHAT ARE ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE OF SESSIONS AND WORKSHOPS?
Tons of fun stuff. A Giant Swing, Climbing Walls, Foosball, Basketball, Volleyball, Dance Parties, skateboard ramps, GaGa ball, NERF wars, coffee shop with board games, large group games, crafting and more!
