Each Friday we will be putting into practice the things we’ve read and learned throughout the week.
Get out into Creation. The most peaceful place you know. Savor God’s presence and peace. Breathe in Peace. Breathe our Peace. Try to spend at least half the day unplugged from your phone and with those that bring you peace and joy.
Take note of your feelings. Being aware of what we’re feeling can often lead to peace. What is your body and emotions saying that might lead you into peace?
Find a friend and have a conversation around peace.
What are somethings that hinder us from making peace?
