Westside Youth is a safe, welcoming place where students can learn about and experience the love of Jesus while building strong, lasting relationships with other students and adults.
We are created in the image of God and we all have significance because of that!
Sunday Mornings, middle and high schoolers meet together during the 10:30am gathering for a relaxed time of connection, worship and teaching.
Youth Group meets throughout the week in the Student Center. Hang out with pizza & snacks, worship together with ample opportunity to get to know each other and learn about Jesus’ love.
Events: Throughout the year there are various youth events such as movie nights, hang-outs, Bible studies, and multi-day camps.
We can’t wait to meet you! As you come up the driveway from Shevlin Park Road, your first left will lead you to the parking lot near the Family Commons. Enter through the doors, turn left to find the Student Center and come on in!
On Sundays, no check-in is required for Westside Youth. Students gather in the Student Center Café to enjoy light breakfast snacks and mingle while doing activities like creating in our art corner or playing ping pong, video games, or basketball in our gym. Then we gather and sing, pray, and hear a message.
Westside’s Youth Group also meets in the Student Center. As you come up the driveway from Shevlin Park Road, your first left will lead you into a parking lot. Follow the YTH sandwich board signage that will direct you to the far left door. Come on in!
Our friendly volunteers and staff will greet you and ask you a few questions to help get you checked in and will print out a name tag for you.
After you are checked in, head into the Student Center! During pizza & hang-out time, grab a slice of pizza or a snack from the Student Center Café. You can hang out in the Student Center with friends, play basketball in our gym, do some art in our art corner, or play video games. During the program section of the evening, we’ll gather together and the official fun begins! Each night is a little different, but often consists of games, worship, a message and small group discussions.
